I integrate findings from neuroscience and modern psychology into all my courses, not as theory, but as practical tools you can use.

I’m Toby, a mindfulness teacher with 20 years’ experience in meditation and accredited training from leading organisations including the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation.

Mindfulness became a lifeline for me during a very difficult period in my life, helping me find calm, focus, and resilience. Inspired to share its benefits, I became a certified MBSR teacher in 2021.

With a background in the creative industries, I now deliver practical, research-led mindfulness training to individuals, teams, and organisations both online and in person.

As a parent and business owner, I bring warmth, realism, and a grounded approach to everything I teach.
