Introducing Mindfulness 3-Week Course

The Introducing Mindfulness course offers a brief taste of mindfulness practice and theory in a format intended to be accessible to anyone new to mindfulness.
This course is designed for anyone interested in exploring some key mindfulness themes and practices in ways that might support them personally, in everyday life and work.
The course takes place over 3 sessions (an hour each week) and includes a course manual and access to guided meditations.

The 8-week MBSR Course
I regularly run the in-person, 8-week Mindfulness Course in Chapel Allerton, Leeds. The course is based on the gold standard, Jon Kabat-Zinn Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme and is the most recognised and established mindfulness course, taught all over the world.
It is an evidence-based programme and scientifically proven to help people cope better with stress, anxiety, and pain.

I also offer individually tailored one-to-one mindfulness courses.
Some people prefer to learn mindfulness in a one-to-one environment and working together in this way allows us to tailor the course to your individual needs. You may choose to focus more on stress management, anxiety, chronic pain or perhaps a desire to feel more connected to life, and develop more feelings of joy, contentedness and wellbeing.
