You’re invited to join us for a day of nourishing and restful mindfulness and gentle yoga practice. We’ll be creating a safe and friendly space for us to drop into warm silence and be guided by experienced teachers Toby Wiltshire (Mindfulness) and Jules Marley (Yoga).
The theme of the day is ‘Coming Home to the Body’ and we’re going to be mindfully exploring the body as a gateway to deeper levels of stillness and relaxation.
The day will include:
Guided sitting meditation.
Guided Yoga practice
Walking meditation (outdoors if weather permits)
Readings & Poetry
Invitations to simply rest in silence.

This event is suitable for those with some previous experience of mindfulness.
